At EJ Perfumes, we aim to provide you with the finest fragrance shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. For example, if your order was delivered on 1st December, you may return it by 8th December.
Please note:
Returned items must be in their original condition, including:
- Unused and unopened
- Sealed with all original tags
- In original packaging
- With any accessories or promotional items included
All returned items are subject to a quality check. If the item is not in its original condition, it will be returned to you at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by calling us at +92 336 2096953.
If the order has already been shipped, you can cancel it by refusing to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy
As we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued as store credit once the returned item has passed the quality check.

If your return request is not approved, we will inform you of the reason, and your product will be returned to you at no extra shipping charge.
